Serves 8 For the meatballs: 1 Pound ground beef 1 Pound ground pork 1 Cup bread crumbs 1/2 Cup milk 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion 2 Eggs 1 1/2 Teaspoons salt 1 Tablespoon canola oil Sauce: 2 Tablespoons canola oil 1 Cup finely chopped onion 2 Teaspoons CHILE CRUNCH 2 Cups ketchup 1/4 Cup brown sugar 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar To make the meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the canola oil.
